Terms of Service

01 Services Provided

We provide automotive detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, vacuuming, polishing, and other agreed-upon detailing services.

02 Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled service time.
• The client agrees to provide access to water and electricity needed to complete the detailing service.
• The client is responsible for removing valuable, fragile, or personal items from the vehicle before service begins.

03 Personal Items Left in Vehicle

If personal belongings, valuables, sensitive items, or clutter are left in specific areas of the vehicle, we reserve the right to avoid cleaning or detailing those areas. We are not responsible for uncleaned sections caused by items remaining inside the vehicle.

04 Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Worn, faded, cracked, or damaged surfaces
• Loose trim, electronics, paint defects, or aftermarket modifications that may be affected during normal cleaning

Any existing damage should be pointed out before service begins.

05 Satisfaction Policy

If the client is unsatisfied with any part of the service, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion so we can reasonably address the issue.

06 Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

07 Weather & Scheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

08 Minor-Owned Business Notice

Platinum Auto Spa is operated by minors. By booking our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to work with a minor-operated business.

09 Liability Limitation

While we take care to treat every vehicle professionally, Platinum Auto Spa is not liable for incidental or indirect damages resulting from services provided.

10 Agreement

By scheduling or receiving service from Platinum Auto Spa, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
